There will be a car noise if any damage occurs. I am sharing some information about car noises. A loud squeal sound like metal on metal when we hit the brakes that means the brakes pads or discs are worn and will probably need to be replaced. The steering wheel vibrates gently , even on flat roads. Windshield wipers and chatter sound indicates that the rubber of the wiper blades has worn unevenly and is no longer wiping the windshield properly. Whirring sound from the engine show that the car fuel pump could be starting to fail and may need to be replaced. Hissing sound from the engine when the car is idling.
